Woohoo! Today is starting off great. I hopped on the scale and found a 2 pound loss! That is great. I knew I was working hard last week. I got in 13 Activity Points, I had 29.5 WPA left over and we did not eat dinner out at all. I had one lunch out and then learned my lesson…Chinese food is a no-no right now. So I guess this week I should aim for 15 Activity Points. It should be easy since we are trying to walk at least 3 nights a week and then 1 big walk/hike on the weekend.
Tonight we are trying two new dishes. One is almost a full fat entrée but that is okay. It should be a smallish serving so it will not be too bad. I will post the recipe to my Stir Fried Noodles with shrimp and I will provide a link to Roni’s recipe for Shrimp rolls. I hope this ends up being a meal my husband will eat…lol.
I also want to direct all WEIGHT WATCHER people to Roni’s last Q&A video. The last 10 minutes or so of the video she discusses the WW’s program and following points and the plan. She also talks about the FLEX Plan and how the guidelines should be followed to bet the best results.
Here is my menu plan for today. I am hoping to get a walk in with the husband tonight. Or maybe I could talk him into doing some Pilates with me…but I will have a better chance of getting in a walk…lol. I will update tonight to make sure my stuff is accurate.

Good job on the loss! You’re doing a great job, and you’d be so proud of mom too, she’s doing awesome. I want to try the shrimp rolls and the noodles, I bet they’re awesome! I am scared about my WI – *BUT* – I know I must be losing something, either pounds or inches, because I went through some clothes last night that I was going to put away and realized I can still fit into some of them. Or should I say, can fit into them again. Haha. I love ya, great job. Keep it up!!
