So today will be my third week ‘on program’. I hopped on the scale expecting/hoping to see a great loss and it was only 1 pound. I guess any loss is better than any gain, right? Anyways I have lost a total of 5 pounds since I started on September 8th. Woohoo.
This morning I am trying out Roni’s Berry Oatmeal Cups. Mine do not look as good as hers, but that is okay. They taste alright. I think I will use applesauce next time when I make them. I am worried the banana is going to spoil or turn slimy.
Also I will post a recipe for the Tuscan Pumpkin and Bean Soup. It is pretty good. And full of fiber so it should be filling…at least I hope.
Here is my meal plan for today. I am not sure if we will go on another walk today. My legs and feet are sore from the 12-15 miles we walked from Wednesday to Sunday. That is not bad, huh? If I get too hungry I will have some popcorn tonight for 1-2 points.
