About Me
I am 20ish years and working to change my life. I am a full time graduate student, working full time and trying to lose weight. I want to be happy with myself with I look in the mirror. So what am I doing to change things?
Currently, I am giving the Paleo Plan a try. This lifestyle/diet plan is all about eating similar to a caveman. This is a lower carb way of eating...but not as strict as some low carb diets.
So, here goes another try at weight loss. Feel free to follow me (on another journey) and leave comments when you can.
