Okay. Well I know that I normally preach that we have to ‘have a plan’ for each day. But today I don’t have a plan thought out. I don’t have anything defrosted for dinner yet. I am glad it is only 8:45am. I have time to lay out something. Normally I am on top of things and I know how the next day is going to go before I start it. But today is not the case.
For breakfast I am making Roni’s Pancakes. They are 1 point a pancake so I might have 2-3 and then freeze the rest. Then sometime today I am making Roni’s Southwest Turkey Burgers so I might have one for lunch or dinner. I guess it depends which meal I want to cook and which one will be something easy. I weigh in tomorrow morning so I don’t want to eat anything tooooo heavy tonight because I will not have time to ‘pass it’ before morning. I think I am leaning towards Cajun Tilapia, black beans & rice for dinner. That would be a good healthy meal and well with in my points for the day. But we will have to see what the husband wants too. Speak of him…his lazy behind is still in bed! Grr…I am ready for some coffee and pancakes, dude! Get UP! :-)
I will try to write more later. Today should be filled with laundry and dishes. Oh and we picked up the new season of Grey’s Anatomy. I can’t wait! I am sure we will dig into it today.

I have to admit, on a Sunday I just make a microwaved meal. I cook only for myself, so I can still slack off sometimes
