That is right, I did it again. I planned yet another complete day on program and included a lunchtime trip to the gym. I think I might have pulled something in my shoulder yesterday so I have to take it easy this time around. I have ibuprofen and some Icy Hot here with me at work incase it starts hurting again. (haha…I am going to smell like an old lady)
Last nights dinner was a hit (again). I was really proud of myself as I measured out one cup of rice and then topped it with a ton of veggies and a bit of chicken. I am still impressed that that recipe is only for 2 people. The husband even ate it and liked it. He is rather picky but seems to be warming up to eating healthier.
Today at work we have a big conference call that I get to listen in on. Woohoo…more time to read other people’s blogs while I pretend to be working.
Just kidding…but it is time that I cannot do much since I have to pay attention to the call so I usually check the news websites or read blogs.
Tonight’s dinner is a quick and easy one. I picked up some low fat hotdogs and wheat buns a week or so ago. Anyways I don’t want to waste them so I asked the husband if he could eat a pizza tonight (he was happy) and I will nosh on some hotdogs. It is a relief to have an easy dinner every now and then. It really does seem like I get home from work and cook for 30-60 minutes every night.
Oh…I forgot to have the husband snap new pics of me. I will aim to have them up by Monday when I list my weigh in information again. I will also post a few pictures from our Murder Mystery Party on the 1st…but that is still a while away. You guys will get to see me in a dress with my hair and make up all done up. I am playing a sassy, sexy know-it-all rumormill character. I don’t know about the sexy part but I will do my best
