Day one is always the hardest when you are jumping back on the diet bandwagon. It is hard to turn away from foods that you would normally turn too. In the end I ate better than I have in months but I still went over my calories and I did not meet my burn rate. I have found that I am no longer able to access the bodybugg site from work so I will have to wait until I am home to post my graph from yesterday.
On to day two! This morning I got up…groggy and hungry. I made an egg sandwich with wheat bread, light mayo and light bacon. I had 12 oz sugar free fruit juice and some fruit…still snack on the fruit. I wanted a cappucino from the coffee stand this morning but I just kept on walking. Right now I need to pass on everything that is not in my best interest. For lunch today I packed 2 cups of a low cal veggie medley and I have a lean cuisine box lunch here at work. I have a 100 calorie pack and some Gold Fish Crackers for snack if I start to get hungry around 3pm…as usual! tonight chili is on the menu for dinner. it is made with
I cannot talk too much. I start an economics class tomorrow night and I have 4 very long chapters to read before class…and a short paper talking about everything I learned from the reading…blah blah blah.

Glad you made it through day one. I totally understand how hard it is. But it will get easier. We’ve done this before.
